First Class 365 is a unified multi-carrier shipping API and SaaS platform focused on high-value goods: jewelry, diamonds, luxury items, trade-show inventory, and other shipments where risk and visibility matter.
NoScope’s contribution centered on the customer-facing dashboard: a professional interface that could make a complex backend legible to operators, enterprise prospects, and investors. The dashboard needed to cover rate calculation, shipment creation, carrier selection, insurance coverage, real-time tracking, customs documentation, claims, billing, wallet activity, rewards, support, and organization management.
The design system uses Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Radix primitives, Recharts, Mapbox GL, React Hook Form, and Zod. The important part is not the stack list. It is the operating model behind the interface: every screen is built around a logistics decision, not a generic data card.
Shipment creation surfaces carrier options, declared value, coverage decisions, and cost estimates. Tracking shows timelines, live status, and map context. Investigation and claims workflows give operators a path when something goes wrong. Billing and wallet views make financial state explicit. Organization settings establish the foundation for role-based, white-label, and enterprise use cases.
The prototype produced a reusable enterprise component system with more than 60 UI components and 13+ major routes. It shows NoScope’s identity in product form: visual clarity, operational depth, and engineering that respects the decisions users need to make.

"The product needed to feel like enterprise logistics infrastructure, not a generic shipping form. Every workflow had to make risk, value, coverage, and carrier choice visible."
